Deep Cove Music & Arts is looking for administrative member to join our team on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. In addition to helping with lesson inquiries and sales, we are also looking for someone who is interested in, and/or familiar with marketing and social media. We are a small team looking to expand as we grow as a company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases as well registering students at our school.
- Updating our social accounts while curating and scheduling marketing posts and strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system and lesson scheduling software.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and targets for marketing and sales.

Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, marketing, copywriting, content management systems, research, social media management, graphic design, performance marketing, and e-commerce is a plus
- Flexibility to work other days outside of your shifts when extra help is needed is a plus.
- Education and/or a strong interest in marketing and social media is a huge plus.
- Education and/or a strong interest in music or other arts is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: From $16.75 per hour
