Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Process biweekly payroll accurately and on timely basis

- Maintaining personnel files

- Verifying contract details and change orders with project managers and customers

- Maintaining Project spreadsheets and performing reconciliations

- Processing and generating monthly construction progress invoices

- Collection of Accounts Receivable including follow up with customers

- Maintaining customer and job files

- Maintaining Accounts Receivable spreadsheets and performing reconciliations

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Skills, Education & Experience)

- 2+ years experience in payroll position

- 2+ years experience in accounting role

- 2+ years experience in a construction office environment

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
