What you do:

  • Process vendor transactions
  • Pay vendors accurately
  • Perform various disbursement functions
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations and analyses
  • Respond to vendor and business manager inquiries proactively
  • Maintain AP records and filing
  • Carry out period-end and year-end tasks
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

What you bring:

  • 1-3 years Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
  • You can handle many tasks at the same time and meet deadlines, while keeping cool.
  • Great communication skills – you listen first, then share knowledge. This goes for both speaking and writing.
  • You always dot your i’s and cross your t’s.
  • A great team player attitude, even when things get a little crazy. But you’re just as comfortable working solo.
  • You’re flexible, adaptable – you love doing something new and different.
  • You’re service oriented.
  • Savviness with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Bonus points if you…

  • Live and breathe spreadsheets
  • Have a reputation for your quick and proficient computer skills
  • Are working towards an Accounting Certificate or equivalent
  • Have a secret love for process improvements
