Accounts Payable Clerk

Shift: Monday to Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The TransX Group of Companies has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Accounts Payable team in our Winnipeg head office.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prompt and accurate supplier invoice processing
• Report analysis
• Data entry (including invoiced and account payable)
• Backing up invoices to cheques
• Day-to-day administrative tasks

Education

• Proficient in MS Office suite applications
• Great Plains experience an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a face paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge within transportation industry is an asset
