What you can expect:


Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, you’ll conduct audits, design protocols, and maintain error reporting mechanisms. You will also develop and implement data validation checks, error reporting, and corrective actions to enhance data quality. This is a fixed-term contract position for 3 to 4 months, contingent on the completion of the project objectives and timelines.


You will be responsible for:

Data validation and identification of discrepancies:

  • Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Validate the data of client contracts and monthly billing.
  • Ensure that the billing information is accurate.
  • Report the errors found to the relevant individuals in order to make the necessary corrections.


Availability of documentation:

  • Ensure that all contracts are signed by the relevant parties.
  • Ensuring that all documents are current, accessible and stored in the appropriate places.


What we want from you:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Autonomy, resourceful, sense of responsibility.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
