Accounting Assistant

Job Description

• Prepare payment received and apply payments to customer accounts
• Posting payments transfer and credits for both of CAD and USD
• Assisting the Payment Application Specialist
• Enter/post debits/credits to Sedona
• Update U.S. attrition chargeback calculation sheet
• Other ad-hoc report to assist in accounting period end closing and other projects

Requirements

• Accounting and/or business administration diploma or certification required
• 3 years accounting experience ideally in AR and Billing sectors
• Result oriented and committed team player
• Intermediate level MS excel and word
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and to meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Contract (6months ) with potential extension and conversion

Pay:$19.00/hour to $21/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
