We aim to be the perfect solutions partner by bringing together the right mix of technologies and local marketing expertise.We’re looking for Account Coordinatorsto join our Customer Success team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting Account Managers to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. The role involves working closely with the rest of the Client Success teams to ensure we meet our client’s expectations. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, pro-active and looking to join a fast-growing technology company. The core value of the Customer Success team is being client-centric.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Implementation Specialists and Account Managers in their day-to-day, including helping to solve client inquiries and issues
- Assist client onboarding by doing the account setup and initial research
- You are always looking to help our clients in the best way possible with a positive ’can do’ mindset.
- You are committed to always improving the way we do things
- Take inbound support messages (Intercom) and calls, providing the best service for our customers
- Escalate issues/bugs to developers & professional services
- Work directly with other delivery teams (ex: External Talent Team) to ensure all client deliverables will be met on time
- Maintain a thorough understanding of OneLocal’s technologies, processes, and teams
- Understand the company’s goals and vision, participating in your own individual goal setting on a quarterly basis
- A degree in marketing or experience working in a similar marketing role
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage a diverse range of customers and de-escalate conflict situations
- Being result oriented
- Project management experience is an asset
- Experience working with small / medium sized businesses (SMBs) is an asset
- Experience building great relationships with customers is an asset (retail/customer service/call centre/hospitality)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
