We are seeking a motivated and highly organized person to fill the role of full-time Account Administrator to provide excellent service to our customers and to administratively support our day-to-day business operations.

This position requires a super-organized, proactive, reliable person to anticipate and meet the needs of customers and the company. Strong skills in customer service, problem solving, policy compliance, data management and billing/finance are needed for success.

*Only those candidates with administration experience will be considered*

This is a full-time phone based position, 35 hrs/week, fixed schedule 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Pay: $20/hr, Benefits Plan available upon completion of probationary period

You have:

  • Strong computer (MS Office and Google) and database skills, specifically with spreadsheets

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Friendly, helpful and patient

  • A professional customer service telephone manner

  • Experienced with billing / finance

  • Ability to interpret and follow policy and procedures

  • A natural drive to organize and ability to prioritize many tasks with fluctuating workload levels

  • Demonstrated experience working independently and dependably

  • Attention to detail and focus on quality

  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Work well independently as well as in a team

  • Experience working with billing and arrears management


Responsibilities include:

  • Taking customer calls / emails and answering questions and providing information about Clean Cut Energy services and their account

  • Maintain accurate database of client files

  • Processing account registrations and closures

  • Creating Welcome Packages for new customers

  • Tracking and processing new account changes

  • Tracking new building information and status

  • Providing regular updates to direct supervisor

  • Execute arrears management tasks including collections

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Preparing letters and summaries

  • Following all policies and procedures

  • General administration support as assigned
