Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
• Critical Care Nursing Certificate
• Lead 2 training
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Level C Health Care Provider (HCP) - Heart & Stroke

Additional Information

If unable to find a fully qualified applicant, the employer may be willing to consider a candidate who would be willing to get the necessary Critical Care Nursing training within a specified timeframe. Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred. Previous experience and knowledge in Lead II and ECG would be considered an asset. Provisional Rotation SUN - Article 7.03(c). This is a float position - ER/ICU.
