Seeking an Ergonomist (preferred with a background in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology/Athletic Therapy) to be part of a dynamic and innovative team of physical and mental health professionals that aim to provide optimal care in a remote setting. Looking for a self-directed individual willing to take on a full time role. The position will consist of conducting physical demands analyses of various industrial roles in remote locations in northern Canada. The ideal candidate must be comfortable producing reports to clients outlining the physical demands of various job roles. Travel/accommodations and other expenses will be covered.

Experience in the mining/forestry/heavy equipment operations industry considered an asset.

Who You Are / Responsibilities

• Provider that is self motivated and is comfortable working independently
• Comfortable working in a remote setting
• Assist with ergonomics training (various departments)
• Produce detailed reports outlining physical demands of various industrial roles

Qualifications

• Certified in CPR and first aid
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 1-2 year experience in ERGONOMICS
• Successful candidates must be friendly, reliable, and client focused
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
