Email Marketing Coordinator

Rove Concepts is seeking an enthusiastic new team member to assist with our Promo and Email side of Marketing. We are people-focused and love to train the right candidate, so if you believe you have the characteristics listed below, we’d love to hear from you.

**Please note - you must be legally permitted to work in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and scheduling sale promotions
• Updating sale pages, adding countdown timers, updating sale menu, updating promo banners, updating vouchers
• Merchandizing sale and category pages
• Updating home page and sale page banners
• Creating design assets (banners for sale pages, GIFs, layout for emails)
• Working closely with team members to create nurture and membership content for emails
• Creating, updating and monitoring email flows performance
• Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator required. Microsoft excel knowledge is preferred.
• Bonus if you have prior experience in Email Marketing and use of Email platforms such as Klaviyo, and MailChimp

What you’ll need:

• Experience in customer service and/or in an office environment
• A post-secondary degree, certificate, diploma or equivalent
• An interest in marketing and e-commerce
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extreme detail-orientation and great multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize
  
• Able to balance being self-managed and being part of a team
• Personal interest in the furniture or design industry an asset
