Position Overview:

• Service, Maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, cabling and Installation of all Systems we supply, on site or remotely.
• Electronic background an asset.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Execute the technical aspects of projects with varying timelines and budgets.
• Computer proficiency is a must for this position.
• Customer service and electronic Service background.
• Alarm or Telecom experience an asset.
• This is not a desk job, will be on customer sites.
• Must maintain a clean, professional image and be Customer Service minded.
• Relationship building with clients and prospects for future opportunities.
• Provide unparalleled customer service and installation excellence for our customers.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and team player for a fast-paced work place.
