St. Boniface Diocesan High School (SBDHS)

Invites applicants for the following position for the 2022/2023 school year:

Grade 9-12 English Language Arts/Art/Photography Teacher (1.0 FTE Term)

Subjects to teach during the second semester starting in February 2023 include:
ELA 10F (Grade 9 English)
ELA 20S (Grade 10 English)
Art 35S/40S (Combined Grade 11 & 12)
Photography 20S

Term: February 2023 - June 2023 (with the possibility for renewal)

Pay: $54,543.74-$84,227.56 (per year for a Class 5 teacher)

Successful applicants will:

• Hold a valid Manitoba Permanent Professional Certificate
• Demonstrate a teaching philosophy in keeping with Catholic education
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication and team skills

Preference will be given to individuals with knowledge/experience in:

• Strong background with the English Language Arts curriculum
• Fine arts background
• Classroom management software such as Microsoft Teams
• Work or practicum experience in a high school environment
• Coaching high school athletics
