Early Childhood Educator and Assistant

Job content

· Order supplies and equipment,

· Maintain daycare equipment and assist in housekeeping and cooking duties,

· Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods,

· Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children,

· Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records,

· Supervise children when early childhood educator has a break time,

· May supervise and co-ordinate activities of other early childhood educators and early childhood educator assistants

Work at two locations as A1N5E5 or/and A1X6Z2

Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Check are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$35.09 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
