CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR AN E-DISCOVERY SPECIALIST

• Database administration and technical support for Litigation software
• Managing and organizing incoming electronic evidence
• Opening and maintaining of Eclipse database cases
• Unitization of client records and loading, coding of same into Eclipse database
• Editing of various database load files as required and loading of electronic records received from outside parties into Eclipse database
• Interacting with outside entities (such as clients, vendors, and other law firms) to gather information or coordinate activities as needed
• Communicating regularly with Lawyers, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants in a professional manner
• Preparing of mobile Eclipse cases to be used by lawyers outside the office
• Tracking and recording time
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications + Skills

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including commercial and insurance defense
• Strong working knowledge of Eclipse software
• Advanced computer and technical skills
• Advanced knowledge of litigation process at all levels of Court
• Team player, cooperative, flexible and professional
• A high level of skill in both verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and superior time management and organizations skills
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate activities in a timely manner
• Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy while working under pressure
