Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks to help support the administrative team at Driverseat. The primary responsibilities of this position will include managing paperwork, coordinating with team members and senior management, and improving business processes. A large portion of the responsibilities for this role will consist of completing legal administrative duties for the organization.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Filing documents
  • Managing legal documents
  • Program tracking
  • Drafting letters and emails
  • Liaise with various different departments as required
  • Assist CEO with various tasks/projects
  • Manage emails. letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of communication/correspondence
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Other tasks as they are assigned

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders and employees
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Honest, ethical, hardworking, goal-oriented person with passion for marketing
  • Self-motivated, diplomatic team player
  • Organized, able to set and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write effectively for multiple audiences and different stakeholders

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Post-secondary education in related fields (Preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator (Required)
