Job Purpose and Impact

The Distribution Billing Coordinator will combine logistics and accounting expertise to coordinate with the shipping department to bill out customer loads. In this role, you will work and interact with customer suppliers, customers and manufacturers. Key Accountabilities

Responsible for collection of information and weights.
Working independently and effectiveness with other departments as transportation, shipping, interacting with customers.
Accountable for proper and accurate billing procedures and also error follow up.
Collaborate with the distribution team and provide back up for other positions as necessary.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Ability to perform under pressure within a controlled environment and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience working in a warehouse
Able to work on second and third shift (Sunday to Thursday or Wednesday to Sunday).
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SAP
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
