About the Company:

TST-CF Express has been an industry leader for over 92 years, specializing in Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight. TST-CF Express is located across Canada wide , and through its strategic partnerships provides transportation services across North America.

We are now looking for a Part-Time Dispatcher to join our London terminal.

Shift Hours: 6:30am-10:30am

Job Responsibilities:

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Assisting in putting loads together as they arrive from other Terminals
• Assist the dock and city drivers in tracking needed information
• Assisting in closing city driver loads
• Assisting city drivers with google maps
• Assisting in entering new pickups into our system
• Answering customer and driver calls
• Calling customers for appointments

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum 2 years dispatch experience Preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent Computer skills
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess an outgoing personality with a commitment to enhance the quality of service to our customers
• Knowledge of the Hours of Service Regulations would be considered an asset

• Trucking Industry: 2 years (required)
