Job Title: Rental Equipment Dispatcher

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Rental Equipment Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the mobilization of rental equipment to and from customer locations in a timely and efficient manner. The Rental Equipment Dispatcher will work closely with area managers, field technicians , and customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate the scheduling of rental equipment deliveries and pickups based on customer orders and availability of equipment.

* Communicate with managers, drivers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery/pickup times.

* Maintain accurate records of rental equipment inventory, including tracking equipment availability and maintenance schedules.

* Monitor equipment utilization and recommend adjustments to optimize efficiency.

* Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to equipment rentals.

* Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all rental equipment is in good working condition.

* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and compliance standards.

* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in equipment rental dispatching, logistics, or customer service is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required for occasional driving duties).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00-$96,000.00 per month
