Easyline Express is a courier company located in Markham, Ontario. We are currently looking for a full-time dispatcher/CSR to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation, specifically with experience as a courier dispatcher. This individual should also have moderate computer and excellent communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate and use technology is essential for this role. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the transportation industry and the courier dispatch process. We are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to handle a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities include:

· Manage the day-to-day transportation requirements of specific clients

· Ensure accurate and timely order entry into dispatch system

· Monitor carrier pickup and delivery times

· Track and trace in-transit shipments

· Manage email from carriers or customers for shipment inquiries, updates or changes

· Provide all clients with excellent customer service

Prerequisites:

Two years in transportation

Solid knowledge of brokerage

Fluent in English both written and verbal

Salary to be based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $22-$27/hour (depending on experience)
