This is an in office position with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid model.

• Observe and seek improvements to office organization
• Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of new and existing Processes and procedures
• Coach and mentor administrative team on accuracy and process
• Monitor projects to ensure moving toward completion on time
• Engage in growing and changing office policies and procedure for improved workflow
  

Requirements

Experience and understanding of the Insurance and Wealth Management Industry is a must have Experience leading and mentoring others is required Familiarity with language and processes of the insurance industry Excellent computer skills Strong communication skills IFIC license an asset
