Using a combination of both education and experience, you have led a successful culture transformation within a large complex organization and have worked to create an empowered HR team focused on driving employee engagement. You have the proven ability to think strategically, recognize gaps/opportunities, and are comfortable moving across organizational lines to initiate action.You have strong business acumen and excellent demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
