Job Overview

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Support Services, as theDigital Marketing Specialist you will implement and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive results and provide a valuable return on investment. You also work collaboratively with team members to develop and propose comprehensive marketing strategies for the business units.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with business units to implement and manage digital advertising campaigns that drives performance metrics and a positive return on investment.
• Advising business units on an ongoing basis to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Producing the creatives for Google and Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Coordinating with graphic designers for the production of Google display, Facebook and programmatic advertising, at the direction of the business units.
• Monitoring and generating detailed reports to outline campaign results, provide and implement recommendations on budget allocation and strategy for digital marketing.
• Collaborating with team members to develop and propose integrated marketing strategies for business units.
• Processing monthly invoices for services rendered and providing support to other projects or duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, or equivalent.
• Google Ads certification.
• Facebook Ads certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check and driver’s abstract.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google products (Ads, analytics, GTM, Google 360), Social Media Advertising (Facebook Ad Manager), Content Management Systems (WordPress, Sitefinity), marketing automation and CRM software (HubSpot) and Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).

• Prior experience in programmatic digital advertising would be an asset.
• Experience using Creatopy would be an asset.
• Agency experience is preferred.

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
