We are looking an individual who can work in store as sale rep and perform marketing duties too. An individual will assist with the development, implementation, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and any other platform we get our hands on). They will also coordinate email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, and testing, as well as creating, proofreading, tracking, and editing copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

Ø Initiate and optimize advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn and more

Ø Monitor campaigns closely to ensure daily spend aligns with budget

Ø Analyze campaign data and create reports considering performance trends and data anomalies, while identifying opportunities for optimization

Ø Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, and testing

Ø Create, proofread, track, and edit copy for various marketing channels

Ø Participate in strategic and creative brainstorming for our clients

Ø Work with project teams to develop new and innovative ad opportunities for clients to help them reach their organizational goals

Ø Conduct research and report on surrounding target audience identification, competitive analysis, qualitative website profiling, search engine keyword analysis, and secondary research aggregation

Ø Assist senior digital marketing team members in additional projects as assigned

Ø Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews and approval for campaign launches

Retail Sales Representative

Duties Include:

Ø Assist showroom customers in the selection of products

Ø Sell to potential customers

Ø Acquire a high level of product knowledge about the company’s products and be able to effectively respond to inquiries.

Ø Maintain the showroom work area in an organized and cleaned manner that is conducive to sales and service.

Ø Provide support to other sales rep and showroom manager in the performance of their duties.

Ø Keep store clean and organized

Ø Help with loading and moving products

Ø Call Contractors/skill trade persons to tell them about sales/promotions. If required, go out to see them face to face.

Ø Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

Ø Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

Ø Render on 2020 Design

Salary: Ontario Minimum Pay rate to start with

Salary: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
