Team Goran is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team! Join us and be a part of the forefront of the Real Estate industry. We’re searching for someone who is motivated to develop their digital marketing and social media career.

The ideal person will be a self-starter who is inspired by the opportunity to work on multiple projects at once and is comfortable working independently or as a team. They must have a positive mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of quick turnaround deliverables and the ability to juggle multiple projects on a regular basis.

About the Position:

This is a full-time, in office position.

About Us:

Our team consists of a group of 30+ professionals, including Goran Todorovic, Broker & Team Leader; as well as a group of talented and experienced Sales Representatives. Our team also consists of supportive administrative staff, and a full in-house marketing team consisting of photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and marketing coordinators.

Compensation:

$32,000 - $40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in Building content calendars and scheduling/publishing
  • Designing or working with the graphic designer to produce on-brand assets
  • Analyzing data, identifying trends, evaluating competitors, and assisting in planning campaigns
  • Have dynamic ideas and strategies to bring to the table for campaigns
  • Consider every aesthetic detail of a social post, from images to links to formatting of copy
  • Experience creating strong, engaging content.
Qualifications:

Required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
  • Proficiency using Google Docs/Sheets
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Creative
  • Team player
  • Can manage difficult or emotional client situations; responds promptly to client needs
  • Up to date on the latest trends.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and communications
  • Strong understanding of social media, including benchmarks and best practices.
  • Prior experience posting on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Problem Solver
  • Measures self against standard of excellence.
  • Hootsuite training is a positive

Preferred:


  • Proven Social experience
  • Understanding of the Real Estate Industry
  • Degree or diploma specializing in Marketing or Communications
