Robert Half is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst with solid technical ability to bring their experience to a growing team with our client. This is a temporary/contract role based in Edmonton, Alberta. You will engage your five-star technical knowledge and your passion for exceptional customer service in order to provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. This role is located in Edmonton, AB.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 2 + years proven working experience of desktop/helpdesk procedures and desktop imaging experience
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with mobile device management platform (MS Intune etc.)
• Proficient working experience in managing printers and other peripherals with any ticketing system, supporting, and troubleshooting client software, printer hardware and mobile devices
• Strong knowledge and experience with desktop, laptop and mobile device end point management utilizing an app such as VM Workspace One or similar
• Expert knowledge Microsoft Office 365
• Solid communication skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize projects, set, and meet deadlines
• Must be highly motivated with great attention to detail and providing quality results
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different levels and types of users
