Our company Traffic Logix is looking to hire an entrepreneurial, fast thinking and dynamic Demand Generation Specialist in our Marketing Department.

*Must be able to commute to work at Montreal office as partial telework is in place.*

Job Description/Your Responsibilities:

Based in our Montreal office, the Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for managing a team across a variety of international marketing functions and will be the head of global marketing analytics and reporting. They will lead CRM best practices, manage inbound optimization, and run all programmatic marketing efforts. This position will be responsible for generating demand across multiple brands and global markets.

· Managing a demand generation team comprising of designers, content writers and coordinators, with a goal of increasing demand and improving marketing efficiencies across all brands and markets.

· Oversight of marketing content, design, events, website optimization, inbound marketing sources, collateral, social media, emailing and marketing automation, and all other marketing activities.

· Project and team management via Gantt charts, slack, meetings and other methods of collaboration.

· Compiling and presenting monthly, quarterly and yearly demand gen reports, and generating actionable takeaway plans. Tracking and improving on departmental KPI’s.

· Managing Google Analytics and all of its integrations (ads, Google Optimize, wordpress, etc.), as well as managing goal tracking, for marketing’s source of truth.

· Managing PPC accounts across search and display networks, for multiple brands and markets, optimizing for KPI metrics such as CTR, Share of Search, Conversion Rate, Volume of Conversions, CPC, etc.

· Managing SEO optimization, tracking sessions, conversion rate and rank of targeted keywords.

· Managing global tradeshow strategy and events list, overseeing coordinator’s bookings, event coordination and booth shipments.

· A/B testing marketing content and design through a global campaign calendar, including landing pages, email content, CTA’s, etc.

· Managing Click Dimensions, and it’s integration with CRM, including inbound web forms, lead scoring, marketing lists, marketing automation and emailing. Managing coordinator’s day-day emailing and use of ClickDimensions.

· Involvement in cross departmental task forces, such as Cloud Renewal strategy teams, Customer Success strategy, CRM committees, etc. with other managers across sales, tech support, IT.

· Lead for CRM best practices across marketing and sales, upkeeping CRM guide for proper usage to ensure accurate reporting across activities, lead and opportunity creation, etc. Ensuring proper structure of marketing lists within CRM database.

· Drip marketing strategy and integration with monthly emailing

· Strategy, management and production of case studies, testimonials, video marketing, product videos, and other web based content with marketing team.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Integrated Marketing Communications, Business Administration or related field

· Highly skilled in Microsoft office suite

· Proficiency in database work or pivot table analysis an asset

· 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or customer focused support role

· Google Ad Certification and Google Analytics certification an asset

· Outstanding time management and organizational skills

· Keen attention to detail

· Experience managing projects and working with deadlines

· Familiarity with integrated marketing communications and sales promotion tactics

· High organizational skills

· Working on multiple tasks, events, and programs in a fast-paced environment.

· Working across multiple internal teams and with external resources.
