The company conducts business in three metals distribution segments: metals service centers, energy products and steel distributors.

Russel Metals Inc. is currently seeking an individual for the position ofWarehouse Personin ourNisku, ABlocation.

Please note - our work environment is safety sensitive and will require the successful applicant to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately assemble orders
• Filling stock shelves
• Maintain work area in a safe condition
• Loading tables
• May perform other activities such as assisting in inventory
• Participate in clean-up and pre-inspection of equipment
  

Requirements

• Education:High School Diploma
• Work Experience:0 –3 years related experience
• MUST HAVE: Previous Crane experience
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Product knowledge and customer service an asset
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
• Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Flexibility to work shift work
• Physically capable to perform duties related to a physically demanding role
• Must be able to carry and move product and/or supplies in excess of 50lbs
• Overhead crane experience and ability to work with beam products would be an asset
  

Hourly Rate: $30.24/hr
