POSITION SUMMARY & MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma with Mathematics and Chemistry

- Computer Literacy an asset

- Minimum 3 years related warehouse experience

- Proven track record in the operation of warehouse equipment

Responsibilities:

1. Provides direct warehouse support to the ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. - Oakville.

2. Carries out routine warehouse duties including material handling, receiving and shipping as required.

3. Supports the receipt, storage and handling of labels and other printed materials.

SCOPE OF POSITION & MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

List of Specific Duties and Activities

1. Issuance of Materials

- Provides all materials to production areas, by filling requisitions, ensuring inventory turns over on a first-in-first-out basis, and that materials required are identified, and correct quantity is delivered in order to ensure that Manufacturing and Packaging Departments receive correct materials as requested with minimum amount of delay.

2.Shipping

- Initiates shipment of goods to customer, by following procedures for shipments of materials and entering shipping information into AS/400, to ensure customers receive the shipments in good order and in a timely fashion.

3.Receiving

- Assists in the receiving of inventory items and non-inventory items, by following procedures for receiving of inventory items and non-inventory items; by labelling and placing of items in Quarantine Warehouse areas; by unloading of in-bound shipments and other deliveries, to ensure the smooth flow of material into our facility.

4. Warehousing

- Ensures that materials are warehoused until required for use, by making sure that goods are stored in an orderly manner according to SOPs, so that we maintain a clean and tidy warehouse at all times and provide controlled, efficient storage of materials utilizing space to the maximum, realizing the need to comply with insurance regulations and safety procedures.

- Performs cycle count

5.Label Room

- Receives and inspects labels, by following Label Room procedures.

- Prints shipping labels, by following Label Room printing procedures.
