The Northern Alberta YMCA is looking for a Volunteer Wellness Coach to deliver high quality customer service in the Fitness Centre area. The Wellness Coach will provide active supervision of the Fitness Centre and its patrons, perform regular cleaning duties and equipment maintenance and role model customer service excellence at all times.

What You’ll Need for This Job
    • Ability to work a minimum 2-hour shift, please see below for shift availability needs at different branches.
    • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
    • Standard First Aid and CPR Level A is required.
    • Able to obtain a Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector check.
    • Experience working with others in a customer service capacity.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and multitasking skills.
    • Friendly, energetic, positive attitude and organization.
    • A love of fitness paired with an ability to make all feel like the Y is a place they can belong.

Shift Availability Needs
  • Monday-Friday 11am-1pm, 5-7pm
    Saturdays & Sundays between 11:30am-6:30pm
