The Land Services Group is a full-service real estate company with specialization in commercial development land in the GTA. We help investors, developers, land owners, and land users to determine the highest and best use of any type of land parcel, and then connect them with the resources to achieve it. The Land Services Group consists of three major divisions:

• LSG Realty: We provide residential and ICI land options for investment and development needs. For homebuyers, we also provide access to residential presale opportunities.

• LSG Partners: We partner novice land developers with more experienced developers and investors, and raise funds for their projects. We offer options for safe, profitable returns on real estate investment.

• LSG Innovations: For proptech-based startups, scale-ups, and small businesses, LSG offers a variety of services that help proptech founders grow their companies and create innovative solutions for the real estate world.

We are currently looking for a part-time (up to 20 hours per week) videographer with to join our marketing department, with the possibility of a permanent full-time role offered to the right candidate.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting the Marketing Director with new projects, ideation, production, and various tasks.
• Planning, shooting, and editing video content for the LSG website and social media.
• Shooting on-site footage of existing and upcoming developments and company events.
• Optimizing video output files for post-production.

• Ensuring all video content is of the highest quality and reflects LSG brand standards.
• Managing and maintaining company video production equipment.

• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Your skills and qualifications:

• High proficiency with video equipment, including drones, cameras, lighting, and microphones, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of videography and composition principles.
• Creativity and ability to conceptualize ideas.
• Solid organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 -3 years of experience in professional videography.
