Best Brains is looking for an enthusiastic part-time teacher to teach Math, English, and preferably Abacus or Coding. The teacher will work with 2-4 students at a time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Enthusiastic, energetic, patient, strong communication skills
• Prior Teaching experience - Minimum 2 Years required
• Able to teach MATH, ENGLISH, and preferably ABACUS or CODING
• Able to work with students of 3-14 years of age
• Preferably able to teach high school students
• Instruct students IN CLASS up to 5 students at a time
• Have the skills and experience to teach ONLINE when required
• Provide parents/administration with feedback on student progress
• Attend meetings
• Have a reliable mode of transport to and from work
• Willing to work part-time for programs running year long
• Reside in Markham (Ontario, Canada) or surrounding areas (Candidates from other cities/countries will not be considered).

SALARY

• Up to $22
• Salary may increase, based on performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ontario Certified Teacher Certification (OCT) Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Exceptional High School students will be considered

SCHEDULE

• 1-5 days a week
• Tuesday - Thursday (afternoons, evenings)
• Saturday (mornings)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
