Training Coordinator

We’re looking for a fluently bilingual training coordinator to support one of our largest aeronautical clients in Quebec!

The training coordinator will be responsible for managing all technical trainings and orientations for new and existing employees on-site. All trainings provided will be audited by Transport Canada, CNSST and other regulatory agencies.

• Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
• Working with data entry, learning management system
• Taking attendance of training classes and entering data into the system to account for attendance credits of employees. Ensuring the presence of each employee in each training
• There are between 5-15 different trainings that are done on a daily basis - training classes can be in office or virtual
• Recording any issues experienced by the trainer in order to rectify these concerns prior to the next training class
• Creating training class schedules
• Creating reports via learning management system and Excel
• Skills & Qualifications:*
• Experience as an office clerk/coordinator
• French first (must be bilignual in french/english)
• Highschool diploma
• Office Hours:*
• Monday to Friday from 7:30/8 AM-3:30/4 PM (40 hours)
• In-office 5 days a week
