Looking for an experienced, motivated, and reliable Films Installer to join our Auto Smile team! Position is available as soon as you are available.

Must have a valid driver’s license and willing to provide drivers abstract yearly through ICBC (3 minute online form).

Duties include:
Automotive Tinting

Paint Protection Film Installation

Vinyl Wrapping

Decal Design / Install

Showroom Window Advertisements

Inventory

You will be working inside a dust free bay with all tools, programs, and films provided. We mainly use XPEL DAP and Sign Cut, so knowledge of these programs is an asset. Photoshop experience is a bonus! We offer our services internally to Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln, other dealerships in the area, and to the public. There is guaranteed work through SMFL depending on inventory. Our Auto Smile Admin will work with you to ensure your appointments are scheduled at a steady, doable pace.

Full time position starting at $23/hr (negotiable based on experience). Will begin a commission-based pay structure after 6 months or when you surpass your hourly earnings, whichever comes first. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8-5 (1hr lunch) during probation. There is potential to have a more flexible schedule after you have transitioned to commission, this will be a case by case situation. Pay review will be at 3 months, 6 months, and yearly after that.
