Laborie Medical Technologies is currently searching for a Territory Manager, Urologyto join our team.


Sell full Urology portfolio, consisting currently of Optilume and Urodynamics. Portfolio will grow as new products become available in Canada. Install, in-service, and educate customers.


How you contribute:

  • Engage with current Laborie customers to assess their needs; provide quotations, product presentations, product demonstrations.
  • Provide clinical education to current and new HCP’s for all products.
  • Partner with Canadian team members to build-out education offerings (on-site education, courses, workshops).
  • Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt the Optilume as an integral component of their practice with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption and retention.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined territory.
  • Proactively provide regular updates and forecasts for the defined territory.
  • Maintain records in the Laborie CRM system on contacts, facilities, pipeline & sales channel process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOL’s within region.
  • Partner closely with their line manager, and LABORIE internal functions to identify and prioritize customers for higher-level corporate relationship.
  • Proactively support organizational goals and objectives, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Language requirements- Fluency in French is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the medical field (sales not necessary).
  • Strong local relationships within the healthcare community are preferred.
  • Ability to prepare, present, and discuss scientific data. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of time management skills; self-starter.
