RESPONSABILITÉS

• Préparer les affichages de postes et les diffuser sur les sites d’emploi et médias sociaux
• Prendre en charge l’ensemble du processus de dotation (recrutement, analyse des candidatures, entrevue téléphonique, prise de références, coordonne l’accueil et l’intégration du nouvel employé, etc.)
• Saisir et maintenir à jour les données des employés
• Produire des rapports et répondre à des demandes d’informations pour nos clients internes
• Accompagner les gestionnaires
• Apporter un support à la paie et la gestion des avantages sociaux
• Toute autres tâches connexes.

APTITUDES

• Excellentes habilités en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
• Intérêt pour la gestion de données et le recrutement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diplôme en ressources humaines (collégial ou universitaire) ou tout autre formation pertinente
• Minimum trois (3) ans dans un rôle similaire, au sein d’une équipe RH
• Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office
• Langue : Français / Anglais, parlé et écrit

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare job postings and post them on job boards and social media
• Take charge of the entire staffing process (recruitment, analysis of applications, phone interviews, taking references, coordinating the welcome and integration of new employees, etc.)
• Enter and maintain employee data
• Produce reports and respond to requests for information for our internal customers
• Support managers
• Provide support for payroll and benefits management
• Any other related tasks.

SKILLS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in data management and recruitment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Human Resources (college or university) or other relevant diploma
• Minimum of three (3) years in a similar role within an HR team
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Language: French / English, spoken and written
