About The Job

Position Intern within the Planning and Procurement team

Your primary mission will be to contribute to the development of the Planning and Procurement team. In this internship, you will be integrated into the team, and trained on several key raw material sourcing roles as well as planning product customization activities and finished goods deployments between Danone warehouses.

In this, you will be one of the key players in Danone’s compliance with its ambitious environmental goals.

You will then work on the development of tools to optimize these tasks, and explore several pilot missions on new supply chains, or new planning methods, within the framework of well defined projects.

More specifically

• Participate in the management of stocks and flows from production plants
• Manage the saturation level of factories and warehouses
• Ensure the operational follow-up of our service providers, participate in the optimization of traffic and the transport plan and ensure the availability of products in the logistic bases.
• Participate in the improvement of the processes and the global performance of the Planning department
• Work on a new method of RFS (Repetitive Frequency Scheduling).
  

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills

• Completing your B.A. in Operations Management or other related field
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Curious (willing to go beyond the first explanation)
• Energetic (able to work in a changing environment)
• Logical (able to make connections and establish causes to a problem)
