Our Toronto team are looking for a Student Intern based out of our office in Toronto to join us in May 2022.

The student will work with all members of the Project Delivery team to ensure planning and coordination deliverables are provided to clients on time and in an efficient and effective manner.

This is an exciting and fast-paced role, and the student will thrive under the challenge of deadlines and managing high volumes of work.

Your Day to Day

• Assist the project delivery team members in maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures under the supervision of the Project Manager
• Attending meetings and taking notes
• Ensuring project deliverable deadlines are met
• Working closely with the team members to determine project changes
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Undertaking project tasks as required
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Focused on client service in all interactions with team members and clients
• Maintains and enhances client relationships
• Commercial awareness of business trends and impacts on the real estate and construction industries in the local market

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 0 to 3 years of experience
• University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Construction Project Management, Structural and Civil Engineering, etc.
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Strong ability to demonstrate teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• A great attitude and desire to learn!
• Safe Pass desirable
