Job Requirements

• Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders throughout SDLC to resolve open issues and Perform Gap analysis by identifying existing technologies, documenting the enhancements to meet the end state requirements.
• Lead solution feasibility workshops with Technical Architects, Domain SMEs, and Hardware SMEs to determine the best possible solution to meet the Client needs
• Acting as primary owner of client’s requirements to ensure all Cognizant teams remain focused on client business outcomes and ensuring client communication processes are maintained effectively.
• Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides and functional specification documents.
• Provide suggestions to the development team during the technical design, development stage of project to meet the client’s business needs and maintain deep expertise on the application functionality, design and implementation.
• Leading the end-to-end Requirements Management adherence and quality.
  

Education: Batcheler of Science, Post-Graduation Diploma in Business Management, AHM 250

• Experience: Minimum of eight years’ experience in requirements management in a web application development and a minimum of eight years’ customer facing experience in a technical environment. Minimum of five years’ Cognizant applications, Processes and Frameworks.
