Showroom Coordinator - Saskatoon

Opportunity

The Showroom Coordinator ensures our customers receive an exceptional experience and is ideal for someone with a Kitchen and Bath Design background looking to get their foot in the door with a winning team. You will be responsible for helping customers, ensuring our showroom is presentable and assisting with administrative support. Key objectives include:

• Engaging our customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls and emails to applicable staff members
• General receptionist duties including purchase order creation, data entry, and other duties as assigned
• Maintaining our showroom and schedule creation
• Providing back-up assistance in designing, estimating, developing proposals, and providing sales assistance as required

You have:

• Strong communication skills to enhance our customers experience
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Experience with 2020 Design Kitchen Design Software
• A degree or diploma from an accredited interior design or architecture program will be considered an asset
