Service Advisor

The Service Advisor/Front line staff is responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers and listens to problems or symptoms about equipment operation
• Keep customers updated regarding vehicle status.
• Identify what services are needed, researches vehicles’ maintenance history, and prepares service order requests.
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed
• Answer phones and schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical service
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer
• Upon repair completion, close work orders, notify customers of completion, explain repairs and answer any questions.
• Receive all parts and ensure they are captured onto work order

Salary dependent on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have previous experience as an Advisor for an automotive service shop/dealership
• Mitchell Manager experience is an asset
• Professional, sales-oriented attitude
• Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
