Planète Mazda is looking for an experienced full time Service Advisor to join our growing team! Reporting to the Service Manager, will play a key role in curating the experience of our valued customers who service at our dealership. Your love of cars & dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success.

Our ideal candidate is fluently bilingual, dynamic, autonomous, organized, and an excellent communicator.

Your Day To Day

• Greet & serve customers of the service department
• Open & close work orders
• Suggest preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer based on the vehicle’s manufacturing date, mileage, & general condition
• Consult with automotive technicians regarding required repairs & or maintenance work & provide options to clients
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of the undergoing work & keep the customer informed of the status of vehicle repairs
• Work with the parts department to determine parts availability & scheduling of future service appointments
• Advise clients about warranty protections & potential cost savings
• Review the repair order & service performed with the client after the service has been completed
