Service Acquisition Coordinator

Reporting to the Supervisor of International Operations and Service Acquisition, the Service Acquisition Coordinator participates in the overall functioning of the 24/7 Operations Control Centre based in Montreal Canada.

What your day will look like as aService Acquisition Coordinator:

• Adhere to, promote and comply with the Company Safety Policy.
• Support the Pilot in Command (PIC) in their responsibilities
• Complete the training requirements outlined in Execaire’s Training Control Manual.
• Acquire all logistics (catering, ground transportation, handling, overflight permits, commercial traffic rights, etc.) for flights operated or supported by Execaire or Image Air Charter.
• Ensure all services are acquired at the best possible value.
• Obtain fuel quotes and secure fuel services with our suppliers.
• Ensure interface with customers, flight crew and operations personnel.
• Execute any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor of International Operations and Service Acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spoken and written).
• Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office and Flight Planning Software).
• 3-5 years’ experience; aviation experience preferred.
• Experience in procurement is an asset.
• Dynamic and energetic leader in operational issues with strong leadership, motivational and communication skills. Ability to think/work creatively and strategically.
• Ability to work under pressure. Available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends; based on a schedule of 9 - 12.5 hour shifts.
