The Mixed Reality Apps team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to work on our in-market enterprise apps, Dynamics 365 Guides and Dynamics 365 Remote Assist.

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our cross-discipline product design and development team to work with customers to deliver new capabilities and features. This key role is a part of the product engineering team operating within an agile framework and you’ll be working closely across engineering, design, marketing, business, and data science. You are self-directed, passionate about customers, outcome focused and committed to delivering business impact. You enjoy wearing multiple hats and can easily shift from writing feature briefs and discussing technical plans, to working with UX designers and marketing partners. We’re seeking a Program Manager with excellent organizational and presentation skills, a passion for user focused product development, and a love for being a part of and facilitating a high performing, high impact team.

Responsibilities

• Define scenarios that enable data driven customer and business outcomes and provide day to day management of product backlog to enable end to end delivery from feature concept to ship.
• Collaborate with multiple partners, across disciplines, teams and organizational boundaries managing dependencies and collaborations as needed.
• Work directly with customers to support product deployments, collect, clarify, and prioritize feedback and feature requests, and engage in customer facing co-development activities to ensure problem/solution fit.
• Partner with sales team to deliver customer facing product roadmap presentations to support high potential strategic opportunities.
• Represent the “customer voice” for product strategy through various listening and filtering mechanisms to identify highest priority, highest impact needs.
• Maintain and oversee delivery schedules and feature roadmaps, identify risks and own upward communication to management.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and ceremonies.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules & resourcing.
• Build, maintain, and support project reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Knowledge of industry standard Program and Product management practices (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean etc). 
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel. 
• Familiarity with modern end-user application development.
• Experience working through the full product cycle from initial design to final product.
• Experience writing feature briefs, assessing business value, and managing backlogs.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills suited to a variety of audiences from technical to business.
