About the Role
Reporting into Senior Manager, Finance, the senior financial analyst will oversee the rental property and development projects day-to-day operations and accounting.
What Will You Do
  • Reviewing financial data provided by property manager and proposing accounting adjustments as needed
  • Preparing periodical financial statements for internal management reporting, tax filing and audit purposes
  • Monitoring and managing the project financing activities and cash requirement
  • Preparing project cashflow forecast, expense budget and profitability analysis
  • Working with AP team to manage daily operations: vendor payments, employee reimbursements, etc.
  • Enforcing accounting and financial policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coaching and mentoring Junior Financial Analyst
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting and supporting projects as required

What You Need to Succeed

Must-haves
  • 3+ years working experiences in accounting and profound knowledge of ASPE and IFRS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-haves
  • CPA designation
  • Hands-on experience in ERP package: Yardi, MS Dynamics
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Experience working in recognized accounting firms with real estate clients
