What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading Facebook advertising strategy and execution with a multi-million dollar ad budget
• Executing tests, collecting/analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
• Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics to enhance your campaigns
• Developing, managing and refining strategy to deliver successful growth
• Deliver timely reporting and provide actionable insights to leadership and executive team
• Researching and analyzing competitors
• Keeping up to date with best practices and standards in online ad industry

What You Should Already Have:

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in addition to 3+ years of success with Facebook Advertising
• Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years experience utilizing Google Analytics
• Experience running campaigns with large budgets
• Experience with direct response advertising
• Resulted-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
