Englobe is on an exciting growth path in Atlantic Canada and is currently looking for a Senior Environmental Engineer or Science Professional to join our team! With the opportunity to sit in any of the Atlantic Provinces (NB, NS, NL), as a Senior Environmental Engineer or Science Professional on our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical direction to a team of professionals and technicians, serving as a senior environmental consultant for projects, designs and deliverables, and managing a diverse portfolio of environmental projects.

• Provide consulting services in the capacity of a Senior Environmental Engineer / Environmental Science Professional in conjunction with Phased Environmental Site Assessments including risk assessment and remediation;
• Apply in-depth knowledge of environmental engineering or science to the completion of complex and difficult projects under your responsibility;
• Prepare and review technical deliverables, including Records of Site Condition (RSCs);
• Prepare proposals and develop and manage project budgets;
• Mentor and direct other environmental professionals and technicians;
• Work with other project managers to ensure that projects are set up and executed in full compliance with quality standards and regulations;
• Build and/or support client relationships, working in conjunction with senior leadership team;
• Consult on matters of design, processes, and engineering techniques related to growth opportunities, business development and planning;
• Provide effective technical leadership, direction and support for members of the team; and
• Serve as a senior consultant for Environmental projects, designs and deliverables.

• University Degree in Engineering, Applied Science or Geology, or other environment-related field;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience ideally in the field of environmental consulting;
• Experience in managing a portfolio of projects;
• Experience working on Federal client assignments is considered a strong asset;
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken; and
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Atlantic Canada.
