Job Description

Your Impact:

As a Senior Associate focused on implementation, you will partner with clients to understand their business requirements and build the data systems that will enable them to report on the performance of their business’ digital customer experience.

In this role you will participate and lead workshops to gather requirements. Design data collection systems, create technical requirements and configure analytics tools to collect the data that reporting use cases require.

Senior Associates will have a strong understanding of data layers in the context of web and application user experiences as well as certifications in digital analytics platforms and tag managers.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics360.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch or other tag manager (Google Tag manager, Tealium, Ensighten, etc)
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements (SDR/Tagging Plan)
• Led client workshops to gather requirements
• Produce client facing audit and implementation deliverables such as SDRs and data layer guides
• CSS, Javascript, html
• SQL (nice to have)
• Strong aptitude and desire to learn.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• This position relies heavily on strong organizational and communications skills
• 3-6+ years professional level related online experience
