Senior Application Administrator

The Information Technology Services department requires a Senior Application Administrator to lead the operation and system support of University’s services which include Peoplesoft HR, Peoplesoft Finance and Campus Solutions, Application Services (Glassfish supporting Java apps), Peoplesoft integrations, Oracle database platform, as well as other enterprise applications.

The Administrator will work closely with other application administrators, systems and security administrators as well as developers and business analysts within the Solution Development team. This role requires a high degree of technical knowledge to resolve problems autonomously, anticipate problems, and act to mitigate any risk. Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service are fundamental to success in the role.

This position will enable the successful candidate to demonstrate not only their technical skills but their leadership, project planning and prioritization, and collaboration skills. In this role, you will be the key point of contact to provide leadership, influence technologies and implement methodologies and processes to support operations.
