We have partnered with an award winning Manufacturing company seeking an Senior Analyst for the Finance team to support with process improvements.

This position works closely with the Controller and 12 other members on the Finance team to support with tight controls and developing efficient processes in Finance with regards to ERP, general accounting functions and improvements.

Job Highlights:

• Developing processes for internal controls, ERP system improvements
• Identifying risks and minimizing by creating process efficiency and cross functional solutions
• Assisting with month end procedures and full cycle accounting functions
• Assist with preparation of financial statements, trial balances, income statements, profit and loss, and other operational reports directed by Leadership team
• Preparation of monthly reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries and other ad hocs.
• Working closely with Controller to identify analysis on data management, capital assets and ERP processes
• Other tasks as assigned

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/Finance
• Minimum 5 years in an Analytical role with Finance experience
• Analytical and big picture thinker
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with ERP implementations and process improvements
• Strong financial interpretation experience and communication skills

Hours/Compensation:

• Monday- Friday; 8:00AM- 5:00PM
• $90,000/year - $100,000/year + 15% bonus, 3% RRSP and Benefits
• Work from home, remote; Full Time, Permanent
